Wheelchair fit guide

Start with the support your dog needs.

Watch the measuring video first. Rear leg height is the key wheelchair measurement, while weight and body length help confirm the right size and support type.

  • Mini & small dogs About 2-25 lb. Good for toy and small breeds after rear-leg height is measured.
  • Medium dogs About 26-49 lb. Check rear-leg height, weight, and body length before choosing.
  • Large dogs About 50-180 lb. Large dogs may need medium/large or large frames depending on height.

Quick rule: rear leg height tells the wheelchair how high to sit. Weight and body length help confirm the frame range. If your dog also struggles with the front legs, start with a full-support wheelchair.
