To use the inflatable recovery collar, first inflate the bladder via the valve until it is firm yet squeezable, ensuring you do not over-inflate to avoid stiffness or bursting. For maximum security, thread your pet's existing everyday collar through the inner sleeve of the inflatable ring before putting it on; relying solely on the Velcro closure is not recommended as pets can often wriggle out. Position the collar comfortably around the neck behind the ears and adjust the outer straps until you can fit one finger snugly between the collar and your pet's neck. Always supervise your pet initially to ensure the collar does not obstruct their vision or breathing, and prevent them from chewing the material to avoid punctures.
