What is the Warranty on a Tamecare Wheels Wheelchair?

TheTamecare Wheels wheelchair frame is guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. The warranty protects against defects in the material or workmanship. If a wheelchair frame breaks under normal usage, please let us know and we will repair or replace the wheelchair at our option. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. The wheelchair warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable.

How much is shipping?

Tamecare offers free standard shipping for orders over $29 worldwide. If you need your items faster, expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee, which will be automatically calculated based on your order's size, weight, and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Tamecare currently ships to over 150 countries and regions worldwide. This means you can place your order directly from your location, and we will deliver it to you via international express. All you need to do is wait a few days for your delivery!

How long does it take to get my order?

Our mission is to ensure your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible. We strive to fulfill orders within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday.We partner with reliable logistics providers to serve our global customers. Unless an expedited option is selected, delivery typically takes 5 to 22 business days worldwide.Please Note:​ Regardless of the shipping method chosen, all orders require 1 to 3 business days of processing time before they ship. Selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day dispatch. For international orders, the aforementioned timeframe covers transit only up to Customs.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?

Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and international addresses. Not all orders are able to ship to PO Boxes, if you can only accept packages via your PO Box, please contact Customer Service to confirm your package is sent via the Post Office (additional charges may apply).

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your package were to be misplaced, please call our Customer Service representatives for assistance in tracking your package. All items purchased from Tamecare are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
